Keith Bevacqui
Founder and Principal

Keith Bevacqui is the owner of Centurion Shield Protection Services LLC.  CSPS is currently a licensed security agency in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Massachusetts.  He is assisted by several other retired law enforcement commanders as well as his eldest son, Thomas Bevacqui, who manage daily operations.  He started the company in 2011 after retiring from a successful career in law enforcement, serving over 25 years with the New Jersey State Police

Twenty-two of those years were spent conducting criminal investigations in which technology was utilized to gather evidence to prosecute violent criminal offenders.  His last assignment with the State Police was to the Intelligence Services Section where he served as the Bureau Chief for the Intelligence Management Bureau, holding the rank of Acting Captain.  Part of his duties included the oversight of the intelligence database systems and the bridging of external intelligence systems to share crucial information in a timely manner across all levels of law enforcement. His previous command assignments included the Organized Crime Control Bureau, Counter Terrorism Bureau and Street Gang Bureau.

​Mr. Bevacqui investigated organized criminal groups, drug trafficking networks and street gangs since 1988 and is a member of the East Coast Gang Investigator's Association (ECGIA). He is the past president of the ECGIA New Jersey Chapter (2000-2005). He has taught extensively throughout the Northeast or organized criminal groups, gang awareness and recognition and has been a guest lecturer at Rutgers University, East Stroudsburg University, Bloomfield College and Brookdale Community College for criminal justice majors.  As of June 2012 he has been recognized seven times by the Superior Court of New Jersey as an expert on criminal street gangs and has appeared on several television and radio broadcasts discussing gang violence and proposed solutions. Mr. Bavacqui has authored several published documents on street gangs, has assisted with the Damian Corrente and Zakee Bowser Enrichment Foundations to help provide information and support to the communities plagued by gang violence.

Keith is also the owner of G-Force Investigative Services LLC, a NJ based company providing expert testimony in civil, premise liability, and criminal matters as well as private investigations to clients.

​He is also involved with several non-profit organizations to include SP FAST, HERO Campaign and the To Be EB Free Foundation, helping to raise funds to assist with public awareness campaigns, catastrophic illnesses and advancing medical research. 

​Mr. Bevacqui  is a life-long resident of New Jersey and received a B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ
